History- "MA-MA!" a bald 8 month old caleb screamed pulling on his mothers pant leg. She was woking on a suit that could mimic ectoplasmic blasts. "Honey be quiet mummy is working on this'' she had captured the ruler of the ghost zone (which was a ghost) and was putting his power in a suit. She picked him up and set him on the table, She heard a loud creak and went to see what it was avoiding her son. Caleb reached for a cord on the suit and a green explosion happened.Caleb felt powerful he could speak perfectly his mind was more powerful than his parents. He took his new sharp teeth and drained the ghost zone rulers power ,than he murdered his parents. The house blonged to him, for it was his kingdom.

In this 'version' of the DP universe, The Ghost Zone was not created. It has existed since the beginning of time itself. Also, I'd assume someone THAT evil would be more insane. And he seems way too powerful, give him a few weaknesses.
The GZ also has no ruler (except perhaps Clockwork merely because of his master of time thing). Kinda hard to rule a limitless dimension where people can defy you easily. Still seems way too powerful. As I learned in Psychology today, eight month year old infants are incapable of speech, let alone understanding. Yes, RP Sample needed.
