It's been almost a year since Danny got his powers, putting him at the age of fifteen and just starting his sophomore year at Casper High, having barely escaped sumer school. But with a lull in ghost attacks in Amity Park and nearby Bridgeton, Team Phantom is getting worried; including new honorary members, Rachel Falcon and Slane Sorax. With good reason.
Just as the sun was setting on August twenty-third a wandering Box Ghost entered the tower home of Clockwork. He liked to stop by and look for boxes containing some interesting stuff collected from various universes and dimensions. There, he found an old, battered Fenton Thermos had been blown apart from the inside. The Master of Time was nowhere to be found, and the place was generally in ruin. Clockwork couldn't have been destroyed, he knew that. It simply wasn't possible. Nobody but Pariah Dark could have so much as knocked out the ghost, even without the staff. The missing Time Medallions suggested a kidnapping. The Observants were gone as well, although it was more likely they had been removed from existence.
When he was sure of the details, he had taken off to alert the rest of the Ghost Zone. This could mean everyones' doom.
------
Dan laughed confidently, smirking at the three ghosts chained to the walls—Clockwork, Walker, and Bullet. He'd moved the Ghost Zone Prison deeper into the Ghost Zone; a far corner away from any Portals. The surrounding area was pure blackness, lit only by the very occasional tendril of glowing green cloud. In his right hand, he held the staff while his left clutched the eight or nine Medallions. He'd done it. He'd spent months in that (now literally) blasted Thermos plotting this. He had time under HIS control, and he was ready for the boy this time. He'd get all the others—Vlad, Skulker, Technus, even Pariah—as allies; by force, if necessary. And then, he'd take over the human and ghost worlds. Dan Phantom would dominate by any means necessary.
------
Team Phantom will have a hard time figuring this out. Once they do, can they gain enough allies to fight a war and win?
